We all know that our creative members love a little recognition for the hard work they put into campaigns over the course of the year. But there is more than just the local club awards and Addy’s that help showcase the great work we see. This moderated discussion is the perfect place to share all the ways we can showcase great leadership, creative work, and more outside of the annual awards show. Think Member of the Year, Silver Medal for an outstanding performer in your local industry, student awards, and more. All ideas are good ideas! Think Lab: Innovate Your Club Engagement |
On the flip side of awards recognition, overall club engagement is one of the most popular and yet sometimes the most intensive areas of your club. Creating engaging programming that speaks to the larger population of your membership (and even non-members) can be overwhelming, especially as a non-profit in times where costs keep rising and we are so used to hiding out at home. In this moderated session, we open the floor for you to share with other clubs what’s working, what’s not, and brand new ideas you hope to launch. Don’t be afraid to get a little weird with your ideas! Moderated by Pam Smart, Boise Advertising Federation President
